Radha Mehta

Radha Mehta is an award-winning multi-media artist whose creations tell inspiring stories of the underserved and underrepresented. Her works have landed her on various adventures including opening a sound experience to an audience of 50,000 at EXIT Festival, one of Europe’s largest festivals; to having her paintings receive honorable mentions at juried art fairs including Art Basel and Art Prize 3 years in a row, as well as being invited to feature work in several exhibitions at the Orlando Museum of Art; to having her storytelling video art being featured in the New York Times. Radha’s current project, #SayTheirNames Memorial Portrait Series, honors the many Black lives stolen due to police brutality throughout the US over the last several decades. Her series is publicly displayed throughout San Francisco, and now in partnership with Illuminate SF who was responsible for the LED installation over San Francisco Bay Bridge, will be debuting as the premiere art for a large-scale LED installation (VOICES) at the Oakland Opera house in the fall of 2020.
